Return & Exchange Policy

At Briza Jewel, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience for purchases made through brizajewel.com, ensuring clarity and confidence with every order.

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the delivery date. Refund requests must be submitted within this period. After 14 days, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Only one return request is allowed per order.

14-Day Returns

Eligibility for Return:

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• Unused, unworn, and free from signs of damage
• Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by any relevant diamond or gemstone certificate(s)

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it carefully to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Custom or Personalized Jewelry:

Custom-made, engraved, resized, or specially modified items are non-refundable. Each custom piece undergoes a design approval process before shipment to confirm satisfaction. Any requested changes after delivery may require additional labor or remake charges.

Engraved Pieces:

Items that include engraving are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement. Please notify us at brizajewel.store@gmail.com with clear images and details. Once verified, we will guide you through the replacement process.

Cancellation of Custom Orders

Custom or modified orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Requests made after 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee due to material sourcing and production allocation.

If your order has already been shipped, standard return conditions will apply.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Before sending any return, contact us for authorization. Customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping. For items valued above $200, we strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping. Briza Jewel is not liable for items lost during return transit initiated by customers.

Comparative Purchasing Policy

Comparative purchasing refers to ordering multiple items with the intention of keeping one and returning the remainder. To protect product quality and maintain fair pricing, we reserve the right to decline returns or block shipments if such purchasing behavior is identified.

Rush & Express Fees

Rush production fees are non-refundable once crafting begins, typically within 24 hours of order placement. Express shipping fees are also non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched from our facility.

Free Gift Promotion Policy

Orders exceeding promotional thresholds may include a complimentary gift. If items from such orders are returned and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying amount, the retail value of the complimentary gift will be deducted from the refund unless the unused gift is also returned in original condition.

Complimentary earrings are considered final sale for hygiene reasons. If the qualifying order value drops below the required amount after a return, the retail value of the earrings will automatically be deducted from the refund total.
